  • All-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance)

  • Access to Wi-Fi service provided by ASK4, offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas in addition to have 200mb ethernet access in the bedrooms with no usage caps.

  • Our on-site laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort

  • Only Mezzino residents with a security key fob have access to the building and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas and throughout the site

  • Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. If things break or go wrong, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully
