What was the driving force behind Bradbury Place, why was it built?

The primary reason behind building Bradbury Place was to address the growing demand for high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation in Belfast. With the city’s universities attracting more students each year, there was a clear need for modern, well-designed living spaces that cater specifically to the needs of today’s students.

We wanted to create a place that not only meets basic housing needs but also enhances the overall student experience, supporting them academically and socially and helping them make the most of their time in Belfast.

Ultimately, Bradbury Place was built to be more than just accommodation; it’s a community where students can live, learn, and thrive.

Does Bradbury Place have any sustainability credentials?

Bradbury Place has a BREEAM Very Good rating making it one of the most sustainable student buildings in Ireland.

We have 156 rooms available that specifically cater to all students, whatever their preferences or budgets. There are actually 13 different packages and options available providing unrivalled choice for students.

Our Bronze en-suite rooms are modern single-occupancy rooms, fully furnished to include double bed, wardrobe, shelving, study desk, integrated magnetic whiteboard, study chair, coat hooks, mirror and additional built-in storage under each bed, they have a fully equipped living room and kitchen / diner shared with 4 other people.

Our Deluxe Studios are corner studios with floor to ceiling windows, en-suite bathroom, a double bed, again fully furnished but these options are fully equipped with a private living room area and a kitchenette.

Does Elkstone have any further student accommodation plans in the pipeline? Or any other projects in Northern Ireland?
